General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Slipped down 6 stairs, got hit, motor sound in ear and reduced hearing suggest there may be internal injury or bloced eustation tube. Since no fainting, vomiting, loss of consciousness, seizures and blurring there may not be any damage to brain. Due to trauma you wil have pain in tail bone, you can take analgesic, warm compression and use local analgesic spray. Consult your doctor for further examination and management. You may need one scan to rule out any fracture and any inner ear damage.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.
Regards
Dr. Lohit
