hello
thanks for choosing health care magic

Your burning sensation in the esophageal region could be because of acidity .
avoid eating spicy food and do not starve yourself

you can also take tab . pantoprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast for a period of one month

if it does not reduce with the above you will need to see your gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done to rule out peptic ulcer, Gerd etc.

your ulcers in the mouth are aphthous ulcers.
there are a number of causes for aphthous ulcers such as
1. mental or physical stress
2. deficiency in immune system
3. Vit B12, folic acid deficiency
4.trauma to the local area

you can manage by avoiding spicy food to raduce the pain , good oral hygeine , regular mouth wash .
you can also get a complete blood test done to rule out any vitamin or iron deficiency

hello,

your concern is very much genuine as this problem is there with your father n brother too.
It may be hereditary .
I would advice you to take Omeprazole once a day half an hour before breakfast . It is a proton pump inhibitor and would reduce production of acid.
I advice you to take it for six weeks and still if there is no relief you should go and see your doctor.

regards.
