Hi and thanks for the query,

Treatment options do exist but depend on the clinical state presented by the patient. An evaluation by your doctor shall indicate whether you will need only oral drugs, injectables, physiotherapy or at times surgery. Evaluating for other conditions that could complicate the treatment is important. Most patients are put on on non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs and steroids that have generally harsh consequences on the stomach(gastric ulcers). Knowing the medical history and other cormobid conditions could make appropriate measures to be taken in order to avoid certain side effects or interactions.

The good news is with a careful physical examination, planing and follow up of treatment, you will for sure get better. consult your doctor and adhere to his recommendations, not failing to ask or express your worries anytime in case of need. I think you can very much get better. Thanks and kind regards.
