Multiple Intramural Uterine Fibroids, Fluid In Douglas Pouch. Explain

the lliver is normal in size and apperance, the common bile duct diameter is normal,the gallbladder appears unremarkable, the right kidney normal without stones or wall thickening.the panceras is unremarkable the right kidney measures 99m and the left measure 101m, both kidneys demonstrate normal echogenicity without evidence of mass, hydronephrosis or calculus, the speen and adbominal aorta appears normal, there is no ascites or lymphadenopathy , anteverted bulky uterus. there are multtiple intramural uterine fibroids, 20 mm in diameter-anterior wall close to the fundus 18 and 11mm in the anterior wall. no right ovary is visualize , the left ovary appear normal, ther is small amount of fluid in duglas pouch
