Muscle Problem And Deviated Septum Issues Related To Cleft Lip?

My Levator labii superioris alaeque nasi muscle has never worked on the left side. I also have a deviated septum that turns toward the left side. My son (15 mos. old now) was born with a unilateral incomplete clefting of the left side of his lip. Is it possible that my muscle and septum issue are related to cleft lip? I also have visable A-symetry of the face; e.g., one side is more outward and a little larger.
