Muscle Spasms In Legs, Now Throughout Body, Tingling In Arms, Hands. Causes For Symptoms?
Hello Doctor, I am a 45 year old male, good health, parents alive and well at 76(m) and 82(f). Over the past couple of months I have started having muscle spasms, first in the legs, and now whole body. These spasms started only in the evening after work, but has progressed to be at any time of day. Recently I have started experiencing tingling in the arms and hands too.

Hi welcome to HCMForum. Hypertension diabetis calcium defeciency anaemia over exertion like this several causes are there for this condition.
Un less all the tests including MRI by a physician it is difficult to come to a conclusion. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis
