Muscle Spasms In Limbs & Canker Sores On Tongue. Been Referred To A Neurologist. What Does This Indicate?

I have positive results for sm rnp antibodies with a speckled pattern. I have re-occuring weeping lesions , twitching fingers, numbness in parts of both feet & sometimes moving up my legs. My toes and fingers pull down on their own, I have continued re-occurring voice hoarseness and sometimes loss. I have had numbness of my tongue, burning sensation of the tongue and most recently canker sores that come & go in the places of my tongue in short but re-occurring periods now for approximately 6 weeks. I have joint pain, muscle weakness and loss of control or dexterity. I have seen a Rheumatologist who felt that I should see a Neurologist but haven t been able to go yet. I have had a ENT doc look in my mouth & throat with a scope, he said the tissue looked healthy and my voice symptoms seemed to be muscle spasms. I get muscle spasms in my hands, feet, arms and legs.
