My 12months Old Son Is Puking

My one year old son just got his 12 months well baby shots, and that night started gagging and puking on everything he ate. He s normally a really good eater, but since his shots. has not been able to keep anything down! I ve tried simple things like a tiny piece of cracker, and still puked. I don t know what to do. He s drinking fine and keeping milk and juice down, but nothing else! My poor baby hasn t eaten in almost 3 days. Please help!!!

Continue to give him fluid diet..and slowly move on to semi solid foods, not solid/dry oods..if he is still not fine in next 3 days, then take him back to his pediatrician ,..there might something wrong that we cannot see..
