My 13 Year Old Grand Daughter Is Experiencing Pain On

My 13 year old grand daughter is experiencing pain on both sides of her chest with vomiting. She has been experiencing headaches daily for a couple months and we are scheduled to see a neurologist next month. Is there something I should do to help until our appointment. She took a shower and was in her room then felt sick and vomited. No warning and now her sternum and both sides hurt
