my 20month old child has got what looks like a bad ulser problem under her tongue , she wont eat and its waking her up at night so it must be hurting her, do you know what it could be

It could be because of growing teeth and also it could be an apthous ulcer. It is hard to say without examining. U could apply zytee gel there and it will reduce the pain. Also some multivitamin syrup will also help. Consult a pediatrician
