My 6 Years Old Son's Penis Hurts During Urination

my son is 5 going on 6 years, he said that his penis is hurting wen he pees i look at it and there was a yellow substance that looks like puss, its not thick but soft like puss, and smells funny what do i do

Hi,
The complain of your son is right.You need to clean his penis by averting the fore skin on glans and remove collection of smegma underneath it.If it remains un cleaned there is smegma collection leading to infection and burning pain on the part.
If this condition continued,phimosis may occur.
So daily cleaning is a must while taking bath.
