My BP Was 165 Over 101. Should I Be Worried ?

I have a lot of stress in my life. We re broke. I was laid off about 3 months ago. I m very very over weight. I ve tried to lose weight but nothing works. I barely eat an when I do it s usually chicken and veggies and some fruit. Any suggestions?

call your doctor your bp is high When mine is high I call the doctor and follow his treatment normally take a blood pressure pill feel dizzy and weak go to the e.r.

BP 165 / 101 IS VERY HIGH . U SHOULD GO REGULAR CHECK CONTINOUS FOR 3 DAYS TO RULE OUT WHETHER IT IS SYSTEMIC RELATED HYPERTENSION .
DIET RELATED INCLUDE:
POTASSIUM RICH FOODS : BANANA / RAW VEG / APRICOTS / CITRUS FRUITS / DRUMSTICK
AVOID SODIUM RICH FOODS: KETCHUP/PAPADS/CHIPS/CHINESE/BAKERY/
NON VEG FOODS
AVOID SUGAR RICH FOODS
DO YOGA REGULARY
WALKING 45 MIN/DAILY HELPS A LOT
AVOID STRESS /EXERTION
