My Dad, Age 87, Has Never Been Cold-natured, But In

My Dad, age 87, has never been cold-natured, but in the last few months says he is cold but doesnt feel cold to touch and there is no environmental reason to be cold. He says it is a strange feeling. His meds and lifestyle have not changed for several years. We wondered if it could be hormonal related, maybe thyroid needs checking. His cardiologist and urologist and pilmonogist see no issues they can attribute this recent change to. Any direction is appreciated.
