My Knuckle Hurts. What Is Wrong With Me ?

Woke up this morning and my hand was hurting (no prior injury). It continued to swell. Its my knuckle on my right hand. Its stiff and very painful. I cant bend it very far. whats wrong with me ?

Oh ya thats really a painful one. I had this problem long back and it took me nearly 3-4 months to come out of it. It was called as post fever something. Did you also have fever and then this pain, because thats the usual course seen.
