My Ultrasound Shows There Is A Small Calcification Near The Cervix
Hi, My Ultrasound shows there is a small calcification near the cervix . I had not had periods for 9 weeks, though they came now and the Dr. say s there is nothing to worry about, am still concerned.

most of these lesions are benign.it may be due to prior injury to the cervix, such as from normal labor and delivery, dilatation and curettage (D&C) procedures, cervical biopsies, abortion, infection, etc.cancer is very rare.
