Hi my baby developed a running nose a week ago, after 3 days thick smelly mucus started coming out of her nose. What do I do

Hi,thanks for query.Thick mucus is suggestive some form of infection in nose or upper respiratory tract.Please see your doctor and get her examined for this.She may need some form of antibiotics for this.Give her light diet,avoid giving chocolates and cold drinks.Hot liquids are better.
