My Daughter, Age 6, Woke Up About 4:30 This Morning

My daughter, age 6, woke up about 4:30 this morning with stomach cramps. Then vomitted all over the bed. I got her in the shower as she got she went straight to the toilet with a crazy case of diarrhea. This went on all morning and into the afternoon. After sipping water and ginger ale those symptoms have calmed down. She refuses to eat even crackers. What's nuts is she did not have a fever this morning. Now she is hot to the touch from the neck down!! She says she feels hot on the inside. She's complaining of joint pain from the shoulders down to her toes. I've looked for my temporal thermator but can't find it so I don't know exactly what her temp is. I'm good at fixing things including sick kids. But I'm stumped. And getting scared. Joint pain.....???? Please help.
