Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Bubble like lesions on the skin can be possible Molluscum contagiosum which appear like pearly white bubble like structures. It can be spread by skin to skin contact. Other lesions can be skin infections like pemphigoid as well if there is severe infection, redness and pain as well. In Molluscum contagiosum, usually no treatment is required but if you want to get it removed you can consult a Cosmetic surgeon and get them removed by laser therapy. This problem spreads among children by contact so there is hardly any way to prevent it when they are all together. Just keep good hygiene of your daughter as much as possible. Give her regular baths and keep her hands clean before eating food as much as possible.

This sounds to me like Molluscum Contagiosm. It's an infection that can last for a long time- from months to years. Each wart-like eruption can last for anytime from a couple of weeks to 18 months, and the duration of the infection can last from 18 months to several years. It looks terrible, and can be spread by contact. There is a cream that is often used to treat it, but it doesn't cure the infection.
