Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Boils are due to infection and need local or oral antibiotics as advised by your doctor (allopathic).
But recurrent boils may suggest underlying health problem like diabetes or anemia or chronic infection.so its best to get some blood tests done for these after consulting your doctor.
As for home remedy most important is to keep skin clean and dry.avoid any irritant chemicals or oil application.can apply antiseptic cream on affected area.
Thanks
