My Fiancé Is Experiencing Adbonimal Pain And Burning On The

My fiancé is experiencing adbonimal pain and burning on the left side and vomited a few minutes ago, which was the first time today, he has no fever however he is somewhat pal and his forehead feels cold. He has been extremely consitipated for the last few days and today he took a tablespoon of casterol when he got home from work and pain got worse - hurts when he takes a breath - so I was reading up to see if this is something serious or just constipation and whether I need to take him in to the ER....
