You should take him to ER as there is chances of having dehydration as no retention of any liquid,
Iv infusion and injections might be requiredOk and bye.

please take him to a doctor. he needs to be started on some medicine for vomiting but please encourage sips of fluids as much as you can. the more he drinks, the better his vomiting will be.
