Hi, I am a medical student. In medical terms, it is an acute peripheral facial neuropathy that is associated with erythematous vesicular rash of the skin of the ear canal, auricle and/or mucous membrane of the oropharynx.
You should consult a neurology doc and take proper treatment as the nerves are affected.
