My Friend Was Dizzy After Getting Hit In Head.Is She Need A Doctor?

Hello. my friend hit her head on the bathtub and i am wondering if she needs to see a doctor because she was dizzy and her head was pierced with pain in the front of her head near the brow line. She has slept since and perhaps she has a concussion, should she be rushed to the er? she can walk talk, and there is no bleeding
