My Heart Is Beating Fast,kindly Help Me

I went outside the house to get a mail. When i came back in the house .. My heart was beating really fast. When i heard my house phone ringing .. My heart beating really fast. When i am standing up and walking around the house a little bit and my heart beating really fast. Also, My body gets really hot. Also, I have cheast pain.. But Only Right side of the cheast. Why is that? I had anemia 2 years ago.. (I am not a native english speaker)

Hello.welcome.You have not mentioned your age.Although it appears probably anxiety but since you had anemia earlier you must visit your doctor to rule out any problem.Good luck.
