My Heart Is Having Palpations. What To Do ?
I cant sleep, I have been awake for 38hours now. I work nights and I worked last night and had to drink coffee to stay awake. My heart is having palpations. I am not sure what to do. Ive tried benedryl and laying down with a sound machine playing in a dark room but I cannot fall asleep. I am now feeling nauseated. What do I do ?

take a warm headbath, eat stomachfull and drink one full glass of milk after that you go and lie down on the bed. you will get up only afeter 24 hours
