My Hives Started Back In July 24, 2016. I Think

My hives started back in July 24, 2016. I think I got bit by something on my foot. My foot swelled up and also my left leg. Went to the doctor and he gave me a shot. It went away. The next week in the morning about 9:00 a.m. I broke out in hives all over my arms and legs and thighs. Went to the doctor and he gave me about four shots and some medicine. It went away. Went out if town July 30, 2016 for three weeks in the Bahamas and no hives. Returned August 20, 2016 on a Saturday. On Sunday broke out in hives again. What do you think. Also, just lost my husband in may 4, 2016.
