my kid have phlegm in her lungs like what food i have to give her and what don t, i am not giving milk and egg so she is getting leg pains

i believe your child has a lower respiratory tract infection and no food will worsen it, so please do give normal food for your child as you used to. Only avoid cold food, cold milk which might worsen nasal block.
treat the problem & your child will be fine.
avoiding foods can worsen child's condition
