My Left Shoulder Paining & I Am Diabetic.

Age: 61 Years. - Left shoulder arm painful while lifting straight 90 degrees. - Also, diabetic. Please advice.

it is rotator cuff. the treatment is pain relief medications. regular physical exercise to the shoulder which is specific and as it will be shown by the orthopaedic doctor. and if the pain is sever can try a local steroid injection
