My mother aged 68 has pain in both fore arms from last 2-3 months. What could be the cause and pls. advise remedy.

Old age seems most probable cause my grandfather has a chronic body ache. Docs say it is his muscles which have grown weak. He has been adviced some routine stretching exercises plus some carefuly choosen multivitamins.
