My Patient Has A Upset Stomach With Skipped Period

Hey, I have a pt that arrived to my clinic with upset stomach without v/d. She has skipped two periods and has gained some weight in the past few month. sent to clinic to r/o appendisitis and was neg. Questions is that she is still hcg/htp neg and IDK if I should send her to the OB GYN clinic for further consult. Currently in Iraq with no medical equipment .

it seems to be more of an menstruation problem as the urine pregnancy is negative even after two skipped periods. also there is no clinical signs of pregnancy is indicated. yes it requires a OBGYN evulation.
