My Periods Are 4 Months Apart

Is this an issue and should i do something about this? Im 16 and its been about a year since i got my period for the first time and each time i get my period, its four months apart and 3-4 days long! And im sooo not prego!

Yes it is a condition called as oligomenorrhoea. There are many causes for the same. Hence I would advise you to get yourself examined by your gynecologist.
