Smears are cellular and reveals an admixture of superficial and
intermediate cells with dense polymorphonuclear infiltrate and
lactobacilli with cytolysis of few cells in the background.
No evidence of Koch/malignancy noted in the smears studied.

Inflammatory smear . (Dense)
