Actually i got a small tissue on my right hand elbow. Even after that I am getting swelling. What is it?

Take a consult with bone doctor or a cancer specialist, swellings just like that is not good..Get it checked before it leads to any complications.

It is not a fracture, it is due to a soft tissue growth over there. I have heard that from my doctor saying.
