Dear Doctor , My son having symptom of sputom can hear while he is coughing more than 2 months. but his chest xray showing normal. yesterday we have done his Mycoplasma test its result showing 1: 160. what does it means. can you advse us why t is like this. BIJU SR

its a possible mycoplasma infection. if you have not seen your pediatrician still, please do visit him, you need to start your child on antibiotic for a good duration of time. tkcr
