My Son Is 20 Months N Refuses To Eat Everything

My son is 20 months n refuses to eat everything n doesn't drink milk also. Even 4 to 5 hrs he can stay without food. He just take 3 to 4 spoons and he's done. Is there any syrup to increase his apetite. He is just loosing weight. Please need advice and help.
