My Son With Downs And Autism Was Unresponsive For Few Seconds And Didn't Want To Eat Or Drink

I have a 16 year old son with Downs and Autism. This morning his skin became pale and clammy, his eyes glossed over and he just sat on the floor and did not want to get back up. he was un responsive for a about 20 seconds and afterwards did not want to eat or drink. All he wants to do now is lay down, but he is restless and not really sleeping. my wife and I are very concerned and I would appreciate any advice you may offer.
