My Sugar Level Is Not Getting Controlled And I Am Having Itching In My Private Parts

I am 32 yrs old girl nd suffering from diabetes from last 18 yrs. My sugar level is not getting controlled from last 9-10 months even after the proper diet control, yoga nd medicines. M on insulin + oral medicine from last 6 months. Taking lantus 24 units once a day. Apart from this I also have pcod problem. Also from last few days due to high sugar I have started itching problem in my pvt parts. My today's sugar report is 283/441.

dear madam I understand your concern.your sugars are very high.i advise you to change your Lantus to human mix 30/70 to be taken in morning 18 units and night 12 units advised to increase dose by 2 units tomorrow if sugars not comming.i advise you to take opinion of your doctor.....regards
