My Upper Back Is Paining After Intercourse, Kindly Help Me

I am aged 48. I have diabetes for last 12 years. It is more or less under control. After intercourse, the body particularly upper back is paining for 4/5 days and feel sleepy. Kindly suggest a remedy.

if ur sugar levels are under control then this problem must be related to age,as u are 48..u are feeling tired and u will not have stamina like before.
