Hi, lately my urine has been smelling fishy. It is not everytime I go but I am concerned about it

may be you are suffering from bacterial vaginosis.
first of all do a urine test.
if everything is normal then it might be ur smell of vaginal discharge which is smelling fishy.
ur doctor will confirm the diagnosis after proper examination and vaginal swab.
u will require antibiotics after determination of bacteria s.
also ur partner will require medications.

it could be because of urinary tract infection or due to dehydration so drink loads of water and if it burns while you pee then do consult a doctor
