first of all sunburn will take atleast 3-4 weeks to resolve asit normally takes this much time for skin epithelium to regrow. It is not likrly to leave any scar or discoloration. She should scrupulously apply a sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun with SPF atlest 35To 45.Take care
