Nasal Block During Night, Wakes Up Crying, Using Nasal Drops, Sleeping Interrupted. Treatment?
hi Dr santosh My son is 5 months , his nose is always blocked at night only no other symptoms ( runny nose , fever, ....) but it wakes him up crying badly .... i'm using nasal saline drops and other spray also sterimar , but for 3 days now and still sleeping is interrupted frequently is their other options or i start using Finisitil ??? thanks

you can start safest antiallergic syp cpm at night 1,3 tsf night daily for few wk apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd sea water(hypertonic saline)innos ebd continue long can use fexofenadine 30 mg 1.2 tsf if more sneezing sos or rhinirtis
