is she is suffering from fever?
then take medicines for that with some antibiotics.
if no fever and only flume and nasal obstruction go for
- NASIVION DROPS
-KEEP AWAY FROM FAN OR A/C
-AVOID GIVING ICE COLD ITEMS AND FRUITS
-AND INCREASE FLUID FOOD
