Nausea, Dark Stool, Constipation And Sweating Profusely. Tested Negative For H Plori. What All Further Tests Should Be Done?
everyday morning nausea, dark watery stool as well, constipation in day. profuse sweating around lymphatic areas. blood test rbc normal, wbc normal, glucose, and thyroid normal, h pylori negative. what else can be tested? what are theses symptoms of?
Dark coloured stool could be blood. Here are my suggestions to you 1. Please get a stool routine and a stool for occult blood done 2. Endoscopy to rule out ulcers in the stomach 3. Hb to check for a fall due to the bleeding
The symptoms are most likely to be because of a small bleed which could be because of an ulcer in the stomach. I recommend you to approach a gastroenterologist for the further work up I have suggested
I hope I was of help
Regards
