Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness After Total Knee Replacement Surgery. Normal Test Results. Any Ideas?

I had a total knee replacement a month ago last Thursday. I have suffered from nausea, diarrhea, dizziness and fatigue ever since. Had multiple tests and a CT scan of my abdomen and everythoing came back negative or norm al. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? I am no longer on any antibiotics, pain meds or coumadin.

It could be acid peptic disease the chances of this is more likely when other all the test turned unremarkable, now you can manage this with the proton pump inhibitor drug and that is Omeprazole you can take this drug just 40 mg at evening time for six week will give good result, for the nausea Dompridom tab. would be nice you can take this twice a day. maintained hydration, no need to worry it will be okay, have good day.
