Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Lower Back Pain, Pinching In Ovary. Negative Pregnancy Test

Hi. I have been having pregnancy symptoms for two days. Nausea with motion, mild headache, dizziness, pinching in my ovary, fatigue, and lower back pain. My period is due in a few days. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Then today the symptoms seemed to lessen. I used the restroom and had a thick bloody fleshy discharge in one piece with some spotting and cloudiness during that moment. Since then only urine, no spotting or anything.

In the current scenario, you should go for the serum beta-hCG assay if you wish to confirm/exclude the presence of pregnancy; it appears as though you had a chemical pregnancy as per your symptoms, even then, you should get a positive pregnancy test in the blood exam.
