Nausea, Heartburn, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea. Diagnosed As Gastritis And Fatty Liver. Need Treatment

i have had nausea, heart burn , gnawing stomach pain, and diarrhea for about 2 years. i have had endoscopy and cat scan. i was told i have gastritis and fatty liver , but only advice for treatment was to relax, eliminate stress and try probiotics. this is not working and symptoms are now chronic. please advise. thank you.

hi, probiotics aren't as effective in dyspepsia.

plz do a course of PPIs, prokinetics, sucralfate and antacids for two weeks atleast in consult with ur doctor. avoid spicy food and exercise regularly.
