Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Burping, Headache, Loose Stools. Help
Hi, for the last few days I have been feeling really nauseous (on and off) as well as loss of appetite, lots of burping - especially after I eat which never happens usually, one day I had headaches but they're gone now, not much energy and I have been having loose stools (normal colour)... I have never had any issues with anything previously. It's been like this for about 3 days now. I can handle it, it's just the nauceousness that I can't.
I would advise you to take curd/probiotics like lactobacilli. Have smaller frequent meals rather than 3 large meals. Have soups, rice gruel with a pinch of salt, toast. Avoid oily/fatty /spicy food. After consulting a physician , it might be a good idea to take a combination of domperidone and omeprazole.
Hope this helps.
Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan

Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, Burping, Headache, Loose Stools. Help
Hi there, Thanks for writing in. The possibilities are either gastroenteritis or acidity.
