Nausea, Stomach Upset, Sweating Badly, Lethargic,on Norvasc. Why Is It ?

Hi, I went back on Norvasc 5mg 2 weeks ago, Vacuumed the house yesterday, afterwards I felt nausea, stomach upset, and collapsed on loo, sweating badly, couldn't lift arms ect, it lasted 30mins + took me 2 hrs to recover, still feel lethargic. Have palpitations also. Have had complete heart checks, all good,

thanks for the query.
ur symptoms could be probably because of the norvasc.
after administration of norvasc you should be slow in your work as the drug u are uisng causes vasodilation which may cause nausea ,stomach upset,sweat,and finally collapses.
please do know the precautions that should be taken after the use of norvasc by ur nearby doctor.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

It could be a TIA, transient ischemic attack or vasovagal syncope or hypoglycemic syncope.
Get CT or MRI brain done, Ultrasound of neck for atherosclerosis, blood lipid levels and sugar test done.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.
