Nauseated, Light Headed After Intake Of Wine, Back Of Neck Is Hot. Is It Sugar Problem ?

I have had a few instances ( 2) when i have had 3 glasses of wine and awakened in the middle of the night very nauseated, light headed and extremely hot. The back of my neck got so hot , I felt like i was literally burning up form the inside out. My husband gave me orange juice, water and put cold ice rags on me. Does this sound like a sugar problem? If so , is it low and do i need sugar? I am 47. I was also diagnosed with systemic lupus 13 years ago. I stay fit and work very hard at being healthy. These 2 episodes were very scary. I really felt like if my husband wasn't there to help me, I don't know what would have happened.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
May be due to PERI MENOPAUSAL SYNDROME as hormonal imbalance develops such type of situation.
2nd reason may be due to hyper acidity.
This may causes nausea, light headed .
Hot behind neck ( flushes ) suggestive of hormonal imbalance.
Consult a gynaecologist and get in blood for Estrogen & F S H/ L H levels.
