Neck Pain, Shoulder And Jaw Stiffness. MRI Normal

Hi,
Im from India,female aged 29yrs.I have this neck pain quite often .Recently it seems to be like a chronic pain with stiffness of my shoulders in the morning..and lately my jaws also feel stiff..
I have taken MRI and other check ups..from when it all started ...everything seems normal..but still my neck never leaves..its now like a part of my life..

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you stated in your query it seems that pain is due to cervical spondylitis .
Compression of nerves lies in cervical vertebrae develops pain , where these nerves supply.
Only way is either consult a physiotherapist and get his opinion for exercises.
M R I usually don't reveals any thing in early stage of cervical spondilitis.
Lie down in straight position during sleep.
